TERMS & CONDITIONS
Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between SAS YOGA PLACE and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Client”) making a booking through the website www.yogaplace.fr via the Eversports.fr reservation platform.
By confirming any booking, the Client acknowledges having read and expressly accepted these Terms without reservation.
SAS YOGA PLACE reserves the right to amend the present Terms at any time. In such a case, the applicable version shall be the one in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 - Products and Validity
Class Passes,
Abonnements, and
Gift Cards offered by
SAS YOGA PLACE are
personal and non-transferable.
Each product has its own
price and
validity period, as specified on the
Eversports.fr platform (section Rates and Gift Cards).
Article 3 - Responsibility and Client Safety
The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts the following:
The Client is aware that yoga involves physical movements and agrees to respect their own physical limits.
The Client assumes full responsibility for their own practice and releases SAS YOGA PLACE, its teachers, and their assistants from any liability in the event of injury or physical damage.
The Client agrees to inform SAS YOGA PLACE of any relevant medical conditions and to provide, when requested, a medical certificate issued within the last three (3) months.
If the medical certificate indicates that the Client is unfit to participate in the chosen activities, SAS YOGA PLACE may terminate the contractual relationship without prior notice or compensation. The Client will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any unused services.
Article 4 -Special Cases: Pregnancy and Physical Adjustments
A medical certificate is mandatory for participation in yoga classes during pregnancy. This certificate must be presented to the teacher prior to attending the class.
The Client is responsible for informing the teacher if they do not wish to receive manual adjustments, if any adjustment feels inappropriate, or if they experience any discomfort during the session.
Article 5 - Class Schedule, Booking and Cancellation
1. Consultation of the Schedule
The Client agrees to consult the class schedule available on the
Eversports.fr booking platform and to review the times, durations, and modalities of the sessions prior to making any booking.
2. Modifications to the Schedule
SAS YOGA PLACE reserves the right to modify the class schedule at any time, in particular in the event of teacher unavailability, insufficient participant numbers, or for any other justified reason.
Any modification to the schedule will be communicated in advance to the Clients registered for the affected class(es) by email.
3. Punctuality and Access to Classes
The Client undertakes to arrive on time for the scheduled start of the class.
In the event of a delay of more than
fifteen (15) minutes, access to the class may be refused by the teacher, without any refund or rescheduling being granted. In such a case, the session will be deemed due and charged to the registered Client.
4. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel their booking online via the
Eversports.fr platform up to
twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start of the class.
Any cancellation made after this deadline, or any no-show without prior notice, will result in the class being charged at the applicable rate, with no possibility of refund or rescheduling.
